We accept returns for most items provided they are unused, unaltered, and returned in the original packaging. Due to hygiene and customization concerns, certain items may be non-returnable, which will be noted on the product page.

Please initiate your return within 21 days of receiving your package. Requests beyond this period may not be honored.

To get started, contact our customer service team to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and full instructions. This step ensures your return is processed without delay.

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status. Approved refunds are issued via your original form of payment. Processing time varies, but most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days.

Please be aware that return shipping fees, restocking charges, or administrative costs may apply and be deducted from your final refund.

If you are requesting an exchange for a different model or variation, our support team will guide you through the exchange availability and any price differences.

Always send returns using a tracked delivery service, and make sure the RA number is clearly visible on the outside of the parcel. Include all original documents, tags, or add-ons.

Should your return involve an error on our end—such as wrong item shipped—we will cover the full return shipping cost.
